WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA?

The RESPONSIBLE does not collect any specific information about underage and focuses her attention on their protection. In any case, the RESPONSIBLE disclaims any data processing carried out on underage without the consent of their parents or legal guardians.

DATA RETENTION TIME

The RESPONSIBLE will keep your data for the legally established period of time or until the USER requests its deletion.

ACCURACY AND VERACITY OF THE DATA

The USER is solely responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the data he/she submits, which exempts the RESPONSIBLE from any kind of responsibility in this regard.

As a USER, you must guarantee the accuracy and veracity of the personal data provided, i.e. you must provide complete and correct information on the data collection form.

EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
